Gloria Martinez-Senftner, with over 30 years of trial and litigation experience, heads up The Martinez Law Group, a Spanish bilingual Professional Law Corporation.

Prior to relocating to California, Gloria Martinez-Senftner had heavy involvement in business, corporate, and real estate law, having worked as a County Tax Attorney, FHA Attorney, City Attorney, Bank Attorney, School District Attorney and an Irrigation District Attorney.

She started in the real estate industry from the ground up, doing title work not only for abstract companies but also handling all transactional work for realty companies, including deeds, conditional sale purchases, contracts of sale, mortgages, trust deeds, and title opinion work. In property transfers, she has worked closely with SBA, Banks, FHA, and other lending agencies. She has been involved in opposing foreclosures, zoning modifications, and defending litigation involving property,
